This was the question that Mr. Victor Lin, manager of AMICA company ask to us in the way to find new opportunities for his company to grow up in other sectors. Acording to him we can control the distribution channel, all the productive infrastructure in China, with injectors, double injection processes, materials like elastomer plastic, and of course, the advantages of Chinese giant: the low cost labor. The firm AMICA until now had been virtually focus entirely to the production of lighters and accessories for the smoker, but their growth potential was limited, and risk inherent in the dependence of a few powerful clients. Their needs were obvious: what products could we develop according our skills to explore and reach other sectors?
