With an immersive and collaborative approach, our team of product design experts works tirelessly to create innovative and surprising solutions. At the Design Lab, every detail is carefully worked out to generate products that differentiate you from the competition and that can conquer the market.

We develop conceptual prototypes. These prototypes can be partial or completed, and are intended to validate some of the most relevant aspects of your device. Sometimes several iterations are carried out, as the learnings from one help us to better plan the next one. With the Poco we manage to validate those aspects that may generate greater uncertainties, and to have prototypes that allow us to visualise what the final product will look like.

UX and UI. Although all the projects we promote are based on a physical device, many of them integrate a wide variety of technologies, such as AI, microelectronics, biotechnology… and guaranteeing a good user experience is essential. For this reason we work to design the user experience and interface that best suits your users.

As your product design matures, different aspects will need to be validated. We build complete prototypes to validate technical feasibility. In this case, the prototypes seek to solve all the required functionalities, and the finishes are as similar to the final device as possible, using prototyping tools, not production tools.

To launch a product on the market, it is not only necessary to have the device and comply with the relevant certifications, it is also necessary not to step on other companies’ patents. For this reason, we validate that the design that has been made does not infringe any existing patent. And if you want to protect your innovation, we can go a step further, and together with the best experts, we work to create utility models and your own patents.

We prepare your product to enter the production phase. We take care of all the technical development, define the materials, carry out the necessary simulations and plan the production processes. We make a careful forecast of the production costs, integrate everything you have developed internally or through third parties and if necessary we make prototypes and pre-series of your product.

We complete all the necessary documentation so that your suppliers can supply you with everything you need. We provide you with the production drawings, with the specifications of materials, finishes, tolerances and everything that has to be taken into account throughout the production process. We also provide you with the assembly manual.

We ensure compliance with the relevant regulations so that you can market your product. We accompany you through the evaluation process and ensure that your product complies with all the essential health and safety requirements set out in the relevant regulations. Finally, you will obtain the CE, FCC, UL or whatever mark you need for your product and market.

We establish the necessary relationships with each of the suppliers you need to produce your product. We identify the best candidates, negotiate the conditions and help you select the best options. We build the tooling, carry out the quality control of the T0, T1… Tn, we make sure that the stocks get to where they are needed and we finish the packaging.
