We adapt the work methodology to solve your challenges.

We develop your products from strategic definition to market launch.

01

Discover

We analyze the need, the market, and the technology to ensure that the challenge is relevant, desirable, and feasible.

Target Market Definition

We identify priority segments and the target customer: defining buyer personas and jobs-to-be-done, empathy maps, and customer journeys. We quantify TAM–SAM–SOM and define access criteria (channels, barriers, early adopters) to ground a verifiable value proposition.

Technological State-of-the-Art Study

We map technologies, patents, and reference solutions, analyze available materials and components, and identify supply risks. From this, we set technical requirements and realistic innovation opportunities.

Economic Feasibility and Funding Search

We estimate development and production costs at a high level and provide base information and materials so the client can prepare documentation to attract internal funding, private investors, or public grants.

Regulatory Framework and FTO

We outline the applicable regulatory route (e.g. CE marking, MDR/FDA, EMC, electrical safety, REACH/RoHS, GDPR) and perform a preliminary Freedom to Operate (FTO) assessment to rule out patent conflicts. We define the initial testing and documentation requirements.

02

Concept

We transform the briefing into a high-resolution aesthetic and functional prototype to validate with users and investors.

Validate the Aesthetic and Functional Solution

We build high-fidelity mock-ups and prototypes (UX/UI, ergonomics, and CMF) and test them with users to validate desirability, usability, and perceived value. We collect evidence (moderated tests, acceptance criteria) and translate it into measurable design requirements and specifications, also considering safety and accessibility standards.

Validate Technical Feasibility

We define the product architecture and run proof-of-concept tests on critical blocks (mechanics, electronics, and software), including simulations and preliminary trials. We identify technical and supply risks, align the concept with applicable regulatory requirements (CE/MDR pre-checks, EMC, materials, IP), and prepare a preliminary Verification & Validation (V&V) plan.

Cost Estimation and Capital Raising Support

We create an indicative estimation of the BOM, manufacturing routes, and industrialization costs (molds and pre-series) to define the target retail price range and preliminary unit economics. We prepare base materials (concept data sheet, cost summary, visuals/renders) and strategically support the client in building investment documentation and storytelling for internal, private, or public funding.

03

Industrialize

We design the complete system to manufacture the product with guarantees of quality, cost efficiency, and regulatory compliance.

User Tests, Pilot Trials, and Clinical Studies

We collaborate on usability tests and real-world pilot trials to validate functionality with users and the solution with customers. In medical projects, we prepare protocols and materials, coordinating with IRB/CEIm and research centers so the client can act as sponsor for clinical studies. Typical deliverables include protocols and test reports, records and test videos, user manuals, and labeling.

Validate Technical Scalability

We optimize the design for manufacturability and assembly efficiency, developing a pre-series prototype to validate the process. We prepare 2D/3D drawings and models, test benches, and specific tooling to verify each unit during production. We conduct pre-compliance tests, select and validate suppliers, and ensure production processes work properly through pre-series verification and testing.

Accurate Costing and Capital Support

We finalize the BOM with real supplier quotes, tooling/mold budgets, and assembly time estimates; model costs per volume and production plan (pre-series, ramp-up, logistics). We deliver a technical-economic summary and supporting materials (datasheets, quotes, schedules) to strengthen fundraising efforts.

Protection, Certification, and Compliance

We define the IP strategy and complete the final FTO. We prepare manufacturing documentation (assembly manuals, 2D/3D documents, traceability) and coordinate testing and certifications: CE/MDR, EMC/LVD/RED, FCC/UL, RoHS/REACH, WEEE, and battery compliance, among others. Typical deliverables include the technical file, risk and V&V reports, IFU and labeling, and certification reports with laboratories or Notified Bodies.

04

Deploy

We activate production and execute marketing to generate real sales for your product.

Validate Market Demand (Generate Sales)

We design and launch market tests through real channels: landing pages or e-commerce, SEO/SEM, e-mail marketing, and social media (LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, X, TikTok), and if applicable, marketplaces or partners. We produce visual assets (renders, photos, videos) and packaging/unboxing materials for sales and communication. We track KPIs (conversion, CAC, AOV, repeat rate) and run A/B tests to iterate on messaging, value proposition, and pricing. (We don’t guarantee commercial results; we design and execute measurable experiments to inform decisions.)

Production Capacity Management

We plan the ramp-up: production and supply plan, lead times and stock policy, assembly instructions, inline and final quality control, packaging, and shipping. We coordinate suppliers and logistics to ensure a stable and scalable service.

Validate the Business Model

Using real sales and cost data, we calculate unit economics and margins per channel, test pricing and business options (device + service/subscription, consumables, maintenance). We establish a continuous improvement cycle (measure → analyze → act) and a roadmap for scaling across channels and geographies.

Partnership Models

Each company is different, and in order to adapt to each of you we use different models of collaboration.

M01

Sprints

We use the Agile methodology for its adaptability in the face of uncertainty. We break down projects into small challenges (sprints), with clear objectives and defined deliverables, tasks, costs and timelines.

M02

Hours

Based on “pay-per-use“. Companies that already have an exhaustive control of the product development process, can contract each service according to your needs. You can have maximum control of every resource invested.

M03

Long term

For companies looking to launch new products on a recurring basis. It is a matter of defining the workload that allows the challenges to be met and setting up a team to meet each of the challenges.

M04

Risk

For projects with high growth potential, we value a risk-sharing model. An investment model is used, in which we offer our services in exchange for royalties on a product, a share of the equity…
