In front of the current COVID-19 situation, our main priorities are to keep everyone safe and to keep your projects running as usual.
How are we working?
In line with the current guidance, all staff who can work remotely are now doing so until further notice. We have adjusted our system to face the new situation and it’s performing well. Our staff can be reached as always through all the usual channels.
Our laboratory and workshops will remain open. We have implemented additional protocols in order to keep our staff and visitors safe whilst on the site.
What about travel and meetings?
Visiting clients, suppliers or partners are actively discouraged if the meeting can be reasonably held remotely. However, there are protocols in place should you ever need to visit our office.
In line with the official guidance, all foreign travel is currently suspended. We are instead holding meetings and workshops using web-based services.
If our work with you requires travelling and working elsewhere within Spain, we will risk assess this with you to ensure the safety of all parties concerned, in line with government guidance.
Other concerns or questions?
If you have any concerns about how the current situation may impact your project with us, please discuss it directly with your Stimulo project manager.
We are still very much open for business. If there is anything that you would like to discuss with us, then please do not hesitate to contact us and we will do our very best to help.
Thank you in advance for your patience and understanding during uncertain times. If the situation changes significantly, we will update you.
We hope that you, your families and your businesses remain safe during this crisis. If you have any other concerns or comments in relation to our work for you, you can contact me personally.
